Good Monday morning!
I am still knee deep in papers and tests (two weeks to go!), but after missing last week it is a slippery slope. Food in brief must go on!

Mother Nature’s snow blow-by earlier in the week left me craving springtime food all the more. With one week left to go until the farmers’ markets open, I was thinking (and seeing) green, everywhere. As a stopgap, I picked up some peas, some green peppers…and asparagus!
